- About Us
Founded in 1931, the Club is a not-for-profit volunteer-run organization dedicated to providing opportunities for friendship and personal development. We actively engage in philanthropic and community service projects in the greater Zurich region, throughout Switzerland and in the larger global community.
The AWCZ Clubhouse, centrally located in Zurich, is the venue for many of the Club’s activities, including monthly coffee mornings, seminars and workshops, hobby groups and cooking classes. Space in our Clubhouse is available for hosting private events, parties and art exhibitions.
Join the AWCZ on Tuesday, January 31 for a special program covering everything you wanted to know about food shopping in Switzerland but were afraid to ask. Our A-to-Z program will help you find everything from Äplermagronen to Zopf (and many curries in between).
The presentations and panel discussions will cover Swiss foods, foods for special diets, hard-to-find ingredients and international foods. Learn more.

Join us for Workshop Week, one of the most amazing, thrilling events of the year. Held March 7 - 17, 2012, we're offering more workshops than before to spark new interests and revitalize your life. Learn more.

Joining our team is a great way to build your résumé and gain experience in corporate communications, whether you're interested in learning how to use InDesign or developing your skills as a writer. To find out more, please contact The Round Robin.
