Join our very special guest Heddi Nieuwsma , proprietor of Cuisine Helvetica and author of numerous cookbooks, for a delicious bread workshop.
We will learn how to make and shape Cressin, a small round roll from the Romande region. We will also be treated to a tasting of Gâteau du Vully (a sourdough bread from the French speaking region) and Pfilenbrot (a specialty in Appenzell).
She will then give us an overview of her book Swiss Bread. Purchase of a signed copy will be available at the workshop. What a great gift for the Holiday Season.
