The AWCZ is hosting an Easter party as a charity fundraiser on Sunday, April 3, 2022, from 13.00 to 15.00.
We will have games, crafts, stories, an Easter Egg hunt and a special visit from the Easter Bunny! Recommended age is 4 to 8 years old. Younger or older children are welcome but please bear in mind that the games and crafts are designed for the recommended age.
The afternoon includes snack and drinks for the children and snacks and cash bar for the adults. Adults are asked to stay with the children (no drop-off service please) but need not participate unless they would like!
Currently, registration is only open to AWCZ members. It will open to nonmembers on March 10. We will keep a waiting list once we sell out.
Adult(s) attending buy a ticket along with the child's/children's ticket(s) so we know how many adults also plan to attend with their child or children. Partners pay the same rate as members.
Please indicate the name and age of your child(ren) when you register. We will be grouping children by age when they arrive.
To register, first register the attending adult and then to add the attending child(ren) they can be added as guests. Multiple children (guests) can be added one at a time. When you do register you do not need to register yourself again as a guest.
AWCZ Member - 15 CHF; Child(ren) attending with member - 10 CHF each
Non-member (adult) - 25 CHF; Child(ren) attending with non-member - 15 CHF each
Registration and Cancellation deadline: April 1
Please pay within 7 days of registration to hold your spot. We anticipate that this will sell out and would like to give those on the waiting list ample time to register.

AWCZ Cancellation and No Show Policy: For those cost-based Events and Activities, the participant/s will be billed for the Event/Activity unless she/he has cancelled before the cancellation deadline in writing or per e-mail. For free Events and Activities, as we need an accurate head count for the food, the cancellation deadline should be honored. Thank you for your understanding.
