Practice your Zopf-braiding skills at a hands-on baking workshop with cookbook author and Swiss food blogger Heddi Nieuwsma. Also, learn how to shape an Easter bread (Pain de Pâques) from the French-speaking canton of Neuchâtel. You’ll get the chance to sample both breads during the workshop with butter and jam. In addition, Heddi will talk about some of the history behind these traditional Swiss breads and give you some tips for baking bread at home.
