Join our family-friendly, members-only Thanksgiving Potluck on Sunday, November 19, beginning at 15.00.
We'll have an early dinner at 16.00-18.00 at the Clubhouse. We will share the costs of turkeys and drinks; everyone brings traditional side dishes and desserts to share.
Let Aurélie know which dish (or dessert) you'll bring by clicking on this link and how you can volunteer. Ideally, bring sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, green beans, cornbread, Brussels sprouts, pumpkin pie, or whatever your family recipe is. You don't cook? No problem, you can purchase and bring along things like bread, butter, a simple crudités platter, cheese, or fruit. — no prepping or cooking at the Club. Bring everything in a nice container/bowl or dish that you can easily transport directly to the buffet.
Costs: Member Adults and kids over 10 years old pay CHF 30- each; Kids under 10 are free. Please register your kids!
*ADULTS MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES. No drop-off service for kids.
Registration and Cancellation deadline: November 12, 2023.
If paying by bank transfer, payment should be sent within one week of registration to hold your spot.

Once you’ve registered, our team will get back to you a few weeks before the dinner to confirm your food contribution and your volunteering role.

AWCZ Cancellation and No-Show Policy: For those cost-based Events and Activities, the participant/s will be billed for the Event/Activity unless she/he has canceled before the cancellation deadline in writing or per e-mail. The cancellation deadline should be honored, as we need an accurate headcount for the food. We appreciate your understanding.
