Personal safety has never been as important as it is today. Join Sebastian for a new look at self-defense for your travels or at home. As a security professional for our US government offices abroad and a long time Tai Chi teacher, Sebastian well teach you how to remain calm in stressful or even potentially dangerous situations.
Sebastian started his martial arts journey when he was 14 years old. With 21, he transitioned to Tai Chi and travelled around the world to train and learn. Now he works as a security professional where both physical and mental presence are necessary.

For cost-based Events and Activities, the participant/s will be billed for the Event/Activity unless they have cancelled before the cancellation deadline.
