Join author and blogger Heddi Nieuwsma, who will make the trip to Zurich from her home in Neuchatel and learn how to make two Swiss specialties: Osterfladen, an Easter tart made with almonds and semolina, and Carac, little dark chocolate tarts with green icing.
This will be a hands-on workshop with a chance to taste both of these sweet treats. Heddi started her blog, Cuisine Helvetica, in 2015. Since that time, she has authored two cookbooks, Swiss Bread (2020) and Sweet + Swiss (2022). They're available in English, French or German.
Cost: 25 CHF Members/35 CHF Non-Members.
