Learn how to prepare a classic meal found in the canton of Obwalden with American author Heddi Nieuwsma of Cuisine Helvetica. She has held well-loved workshops about Swiss Breads and Swiss Desserts at the Club before, and we're looking forward to having her back!
In this hands-on cooking workshop, we will enjoy a homemade meal together of Hindersi-Magronen ("backwards" macaroni and cheese), apple sauce, and salad.
Heddi will also be discussing her new book, Swiss Suppers, available in English, German and French. Her book is available to order online at Helvetiq.
