Welcome to our "Singing for Wellbeing" workshop! Singing is a natural gift we all possess, and it has the incredible power to elevate our mood, reduce stress and boost our immune system. It also allows us to connect to ourselves and others in a profound manner.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how singing can enhance our daily lives—especially in the transformative journey of becoming a mother— all while singing together! This workshop is suitable for women of all ages; pregnant women or those with small children are most welcome.
Cost: CHF 20 Members/CHF 35 Non-Members.

AWCZ Cancellation and No Show Policy:
For cost-based Events and Activities, the participant/s will be billed for the Event/Activity unless they have cancelled before the cancellation deadline. For free Events and Activities, as we need an accurate head count for the caterers, the cancellation deadline should be honored. Thank you for your understanding.

Chantal is passionate about supporting women to reconnect with their inner wisdom and strength, helping navigate life’s transitions with care and compassion. She is currently in training as a doula, yoga teacher, and singing group facilitator and brings a professional background in international development work.
