In this interactive coffee chat, we’ll slow down, quiet the noise, and focus on you: your values, your intentions, and the kind of family life you want to create. We’ll work through thought-provoking and reflective exercises so you leave with your own “parenting compass”, a practical tool to guide everyday decisions with confidence and calm.
This coffee chat will be a warm, engaging space for reflection and connection with other parents. Come ready to pause, reflect, and leave with clarity and confidence in your parenting.
Elise Garand is a certified parent coach and founder of Silver Coast Parenting. She helps parents build strong, loving connections and create a family life that feels good for everyone. Originally from Canada, she moved to Zürich 12 years ago and now lives in Oberrieden with her husband and two children (4 and 8 years old).
