Succeeding in Intercultural Teams
The Professional American Women’s Club of Zurich (PAWZ) is delighted to announce the relaunch of our vibrant networking community for professional international women. We’re returning with renewed energy, a richer program, and more opportunities than ever to connect, grow, and collaborate.
We’re kicking off this exciting new chapter on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, with a special Intercultural Teams workshop led by Jillaine Farrar. She is an AWC member, Co-President of SIETAR Switzerland, and Head of the Exchange Program at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Drawing on her extensive academic background, leadership roles, and cross-cultural expertise, Jillaine will explore how cultural nuances influence teamwork, leadership, and collaboration. Attendees will gain practical insights to better navigate Swiss culture as well as intercultural environments worldwide.
