This introductory workshop invites you to discover the world of sourdough in a warm, shared setting. You’ll learn what it truly means to work with natural fermentation—how to care for a starter, read dough, and trust time and intuition. Beyond technique, we’ll explore how baking with sourdough can become a grounding, joyful ritual in everyday life. A hands-on, nourishing experience where bread becomes connection, presence, and pleasure—made together, step by step.

Grazia De Martino is a sourdough baker, educator, and cultural storyteller with over a decade of international experience. Trained in languages and intercultural studies, she brings the same depth and sensitivity to bread-making, seeing sourdough as a living practice rooted in time, care, and connection. Based in Zurich, Grazia teaches private and professional workshops, blending technical precision with intuitive baking. Her work goes beyond recipes, guiding people to integrate sourdough into daily life as a meaningful, nourishing ritual.

The participant/s will be billed for the Workshop unless she/he has cancelled before the cancellation deadline.
