An introduction to Wine Essentials: A Journey into the World of Wine is a relaxed, interactive workshop designed to make wine feel approachable and enjoyable. Through a guided tasting of five wines, participants learn how wine is made, how to taste with confidence, and how to identify key styles and flavor profiles. The session also covers practical skills such as reading labels, ordering wine with ease, and pairing wine with food. Perfect for beginners and curious enthusiasts alike, this workshop builds confidence and sharpens the palate—making every glass more enjoyable.

Angela is an American wine educator based in Zurich, Switzerland, with over 20 years of international experience living in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. A background in Human Resources she is also, graduate of At-Sunrice culinary school in Singapore, a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), and WSET teacher. Co-founder of Executive Wine Education, Angela brings a practical, executive-focused approach shaped by her work with Jean-Georges Vongerichten, The Ritz-Carlton Singapore, James Suckling, and Zachys Wine Auctions.
